1. 100% Free Nationwide Shipping

We believe you shouldn't have to pay extra for delivery. THERMALVIBE provides 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada. There is absolutely no minimum cart value required, and no hidden fees at checkout. From major cities to remote territories, we’ve got you covered.

2. Shipment Processing Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: All orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

  • Processing Window: All orders are verified, quality-checked, securely packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or statutory Canadian holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, the transit time depends on your location within Canada:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Western & Atlantic Provinces: 4 to 7 business days.

  • Territories (YT, NT, NU) & Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier peak seasons (like Black Friday/Christmas), or logistical disruptions.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

Transparency is key. As soon as your package is scanned by our shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx), an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and link will be sent to your inbox. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update online.

5. Wrong Address & Delivery Changes

  • Address Corrections: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us instantly at (905) 878-2965 or williamssal856@gmail.com. We can update your address only if the order has not been shipped yet.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to re-ship the item.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging immediately.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or solution for you as a priority.
